The Staten Island Ferry Terminal is a unique place, to say the least. Home to millions of tourists and commuters, with a healthy does of homeless people thrown in for good measure, it's seen its share of odd sights. But this? A giant Mr. Patrick? What the heck? I don't even know what I have to do with “Car-Free Earth Day,” because, honestly, I'd prefer “Free Car Earth Day,” where some kind soul gifts you a vehicle.
