The Rock-A-Silly Band kicked off WestFest17 in Staten Island's Westerleigh Park on Saturday with a blazing set that included special cameos by Sully, Mia, Reilly and, of course, the legendary RJ, who brought his own drum to the jam session. That much fun should be illegal!
